At Tesmart Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
However, we are happy to offer exchanges for items that do not meet your needs. Here’s how our exchange policy works:

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange, means that once you purchase an item marked as a final sale or clearance sale, you cannot return or exchange it for another item.

     

  1. How to Initiate an Exchange
    If you need to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • We’ll guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

     

  1. Process for Exchanges
    Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item promptly. Please allow 7-10 business days for the exchange to be processed.
